Although we do hope that you love your purchase from us at Fifi & Annie, we have a returns & exchange policy in place. (Please note that our in-store policy differs from our E-Boutique Policy so please take the time to read our terms and conditions below prior to making a purchase).
Full Price Items:
We offer refunds, credit notes and exchanges for full priced items purchased with any payment method other than Afterpay. Any purchase made with Afterpay will qualify for a store credit or exchange only. The item/items must be returned within 7 days of package receival, unworn, tags still attached and in original condition & packaging. Please take care when trying item/items on as we will not accept items back that have make-up, tan or deodorant marks on them. Shoes must be tried on soft surfaces to avoid heel or sole scuffing. We take pride in ensuring that all items sent out to our customers are quality control checked in perfect condition and immaculately presented and packaged so we do expect them to be returned in the same condition. We are not liable for any damage to garments due to dry cleaning so please choose your dry cleaners carefully. We are not liable for any damage to garments due to inappropriate washing so please read and follow the washing instructions. We reserve the right to not accept an item back if we feel the item has been used, worn or damaged in any way.
SALE ITEMS: Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. All sale items are final so please choose carefully. Fifi & Annie deems a sale item as any item that has been marked down permanently.

JEWELLERY & HEADWEAR: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or any jewellery or headwear.
We do not accept returns on any Olga Berg Clutches.
All Olga Berg purchases are final and we do not accept them back for credit, exchange or refund.

PRE-ORDERS: If you have purchased something on pre-order it cannot be cancelled. If you have purchased something on pre-order, once you receive it you will need to follow our returns protocol. You will then be eligible for a store credit only provided it meets our returns policy.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY Any purchases made in store are valid for an exchange or credit note provided they are returned within 7 days of purchase date, unworn, tags still attached and in original condition & packaging.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE:
If you are eligible for a return please email us email@example.com. Please include your full name, order number and details on what you would like to exchange your return for. Eg; If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour please include these details.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN FOR A CREDIT NOTE OR REFUND (IF APPLICABLE):
If you are eligible for a return for a credit note or refund please head to our returns portal on our website and fill in the required information.
Please be reminded of the following:
* Sale items are final. * Items purchased on promotion or during a flash sale are valid for a store credit only. * A purchase made with AFTERPAY is valid for a store credit only.
We will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization or on the next working day. We do not respond to emails over the weekend or on public holidays.

Once we receive your parcel back and the return has been approved you will be notified via email. Returns are typically processed with two business days.
CANCELLATIONS: Please note that once an order has been placed we are not able to accept any cancellations on it. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so we are not able to cancel any order placed before or after shipping as it is usually too late. If you wish to return and order once it has been placed you will need to follow the instructions as per our return policy above.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS: All items sent out are thoroughly checked prior to sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
CREDIT NOTES & VOUCHERS
A credit note with Fifi & Annie is valid for 6 months. Credit notes are at the responsibility of the customer so we cannot accept lost or expired credit notes.
Credit notes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code at the checkout.
E-VOUCHERS AND PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS:
A Gift Card or E-Voucher with Fifi & Annie is valid for 3 years. E-Vouchers & In-Store Gift Cards are at the responsibility of the customer so please keep/store them in a safe place as we cannot retrieve or replace them.
