Although we do hope that you love your purchase from us at Fifi & Annie, we have a returns & exchange policy in place.
(Please note that our in-store policy differs from our E-Boutique Policy so please take the time to read our terms and conditions below prior to making a purchase).

If you have purchased something on pre-order it cannot be cancelled.
If you have purchased something on pre-order, once you receive it you will need to follow our returns protocol. You will then be eligible for a store credit only provided it meets our returns policy.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:
Any purchases made in store are valid for an exchange or credit note provided they are returned within 7 days of purchase date, unworn, tags still attached and in original condition & packaging.

If you are eligible for a return for a credit note or refund please head to our returns portal on our website and fill in the required information.
Please be reminded of the following:
* Sale items are final.
* Items purchased on promotion or during a flash sale are valid for a store credit only.
* A purchase made with AFTERPAY is valid for a store credit only.
